satellite installer starts house fire

i saw this on the local news.they showed where he drilled right through the middle of an electrical cable.they showed the dish from the backside it looked like directtv from the 3 lnb side by side.i wouldnt swear it was them though.

o that sucks, i almost did something like that one time, i put a screw into a 110 line some retard ran directly under his siding...
he got mad but once i pointed out that he really should not run romex directly under the siding he got over it, we pulled the peice of siding off, and replaced the wire...

Is the installer from out of state to do the install ??? If does, this is a long long drive. THis guy may not be an experience installer, or just starting the crappy installation with those low pay.
