I was wary of it working, in linux, but it works perfectly in Firefox 17. Have to have flash enabled , but is using something called the "jw player" .

Working great on vlc in Ubuntu 12.04 (linux)
"Smoother" sounding with the 1k EQ slider pulled down, But that may be just these laptop speakers.
