Satellite, Telcos Have Worst Quarter Ever Thanks to Cord Cutting

Will hurt them some but they will be ok due to people are realizing they will pay just as much per channel to stream and get less. $7-$15 a channel adds up really fast so in the end it's a better deal to stay with a provider unless you want less for your dollar.

Or you realize that you don't care about the channels. I had no cable/satellite for almost 2 years and didn't miss it at all. There were only a couple shows I had to watch when they were on so I bought season passes from iTunes. Everything else is available OTA or stuff I can wait to watch on Netflix or Amazon Prime.

Sling TV is also a good solution that costs way less than satellite.
