I could not quite understand what was going on. Was there some other part of the video I didn't see where they explained what the offense was?
Thats how the show started. What happened was the "cable" guys showed up because they (the cable guys) got a tip that Ricky (the guy who threw the dishes off the roof) set up his own cable system and charged people $10 for satellite.
