Satellite Tracker V tech support

I have an older Satellite Tracker V system that was my parents. I would say early 1990 vintage. It's been a good system. Haven't had much time to surf but I recently turned it on and have a problem with rolling screen(Sat system only). It is not the TV. But when I turn on satellite, it displays the same symptoms as the older tv's that had horizontal hold problems. I can't tell if I'm on a bird since the wind sometimes shifts the 10' dish. With the rolling screen I can't read if it is on the sat or not.

Any experience in the "rolling screen syndrome"? I'm not a TV technician but I have successfullly revived their old rear screen projection TV

try it without the VC module and or reseat it
see if that clears it up
