satellite tv for nigeria?????

I am an installer in the Morgan City Louisiana aria... I install Dish and DirecTV for residential and marine apps. I have a customer that will be sending one of his vessels to Nigeria; he is looking for a satellite system to watch TV... Are there any dvb services in these parts?
