It is $99 a year for the program, which would be custom made for us... but the kicker is we would need a $99 a year Apple Developer Account as well as a $25 Google Developer account. Is there any long time members here who have one and would be willing to upload our app to the stores? It would be a free app.

Not something we need to order today (and I don't have the spare money at the moment anyways) but something to keep an eye on, especially is someone can publish it for us. And upload updates when available.
