SatelliteGuys Filing makes it to FCC

This will certainly lead to the FCC fast tracking this decision. I fully expect the FCC's Internation Bureau, Satellite Division to rule on this matter by close of business...sometime in the year 2006. :p

Very cool, I wasn't sure the filing was going to be accepted since the dealine has passed for public comment.

Thank you FCC.

Thank you FCC.

After reading this statement how can anyone think the FCC is on top of things? See you next year...

Good job Scott, thanks for taking the time and putting forth the effort. You are appreciated!

The deadline for filing has passed, but they haven't made a decision yet. So I should think that we as concerned citizens would be allowed to comment on it until they get off off their butts and make the decision.

Be sure to tell us if or when you hear something from the FCC if they use what you wrote for their new rules.

Especially when the biggest point was to tell them to actually make the decision. :)
