The payoff ratios suck too, in terms of energy for experience. After Cuba and its 1.9 payouts, for a lot of stuff, Moscow will slow down leveling up dramatically.
yep, anyone that has done underboss and wants to send me some ITR's, Comp Set-ups, and Cell Phones, I would be eternally grateful. Just leave a note on my wall of something you want, and I will gift y'all back.

ITRs are needed for boss too, 100 of them to be exact, so right now I do not have any to spare; but I think looting them is pretty easy, just wastes energy in the capo level on steal a bank record.
I am at a strange point where I don't really need a fully energy pack and the energy from leveling up to finish the next level, as a result I am wasting energy. I wasted 200 this morning. Irritating. It has to do with having 840 energy; but I know that in a 100 levels I will be happy I have all of that, when it takes 5000 experience to get to the next level. Still, it chaps my arse to waste energy like that.
I end up going through my home grown points calculator spreadsheet to look for the best way to use as much as I can.
Oh, and on Moscow -- the money issue is really crazy. $900,000 for a freaking track suit??? What a racket.

I have not got anything from the casino collection. I usually get 2 or three consumables each week. Two BMPs today.

I just completed BOSS 3 this morning & earned the "Golden Throne" and that
got me 2x energy regeneration.
I did the BOSS level for some reason before UNDER BOSS. I've completed 1 level so far and am working on level 2.I'm about a 1/4 of the way through level 2 at the moment.
The island gives you a 5% permanent increase in experience gained from jobs. It is quite nice.

I used some GF points to give me some extra energy, but I FINALLY finished MASTER BOSS! And I got the throne. Still haven't mastered NY, as I forgot about Master COnsigliere, but I'll do that after I finish up L3 of Cacique. Sweet!
That double-experience weekend really saved my butt!!!
Did a bunch of fighting too, I suspect I'll end up snuffed more than once when I am gone tonight. Oh well, no worries there!

Dang, that process took a long time. The double-experience saved my butt; only needed 100 instead of 200 BMPS, and 50 ITRs. As I get them, I'll share. I promise.
