Satlook Lite Meter for 1000.4 EA

I have a Satlook Lite meter that is updated to the SL-46 US firmware. I am on the EA with a 1000.4 dish. No matter which of the 3 LNB ports I connect to or which of the 3 (61,72,77) sat search screens I use, the meter will not lock on a sat or show as wrong sat. This is on an aligned and working dish. All I get is signal strength.

Any help would be appreciated.

I bought 1 of those meters a couple of years ago. I don't remember what firmware is in my meter but I do remember reading after I bought it that it would not lock on any eastern arc satellites. I was a bit peeved when I read this.

If I get a chance when I get home from work I'll try the meter on a spare EA dish I have up.
