saving to VCR ??

Hi.
When a person saves to a VCR does it have to be one show at a time, or can several shows be qued?

For example, Say I have 6 Family Guys TiVoed. I want to save them to tape. Do I have to save one at a time or can I tag 6 to save & the Tivo will transfer them in order to the VCR?

i'm not real sure about different models, the one i have (not sure of model #) i can't even push any buttons or a "don't push button i'm recording icon" comes on. New to this and am quite impressed.

It's just one program at a time. It's been requested several times, but can't be done.
