Why is it that the transponder at 12052 vertical shows up with a symbol rate of 27498 (close to its nominal value of 27500) and also with a symbol rate of 27636? It doesn't always show up twice on a single scan, but any two successive scans are as likely to report the opposite symbol rate as not. I get the same quality on both settings. I don't think I've ever had a variation anywhere near this wide happen on another satellite with any regularity at all.
