Schedule of Events at todays WTC memorial.

I am listening on XM, and they have children reading the names to those who died, each child closes by saying the name of their family member who died, its very touching I get really teary eyed each time I hear a child say "And my dad..."

7:00 AM Families and guests begin to gather at the World Trade Center
site
8:38 AM Solo bagpiper and two drummers (PAPD, FDNY, NYPD) lead World
Trade Center
8:45 AM Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg leads New York City in moment of
silence
8:46 AM Moment of silence (observance of time first plane struck North
Tower)
(Houses of worship will toll their bells throughout the City)
Introduction of the reading of the names
8:47 AM 1st poem read by family member (name to follow)
8:48 AM Mayor Bloomberg introduces the reading of names
8:49 AM Children begin reading of names in pairs

The names will be read by children related to those lost
Each child will read approximately 14 names
There will be 100 pairs (200 readers) who will continue until all names
are
read
Musical underscore begins
Families may begin to descend ramp to the lowest level of the site where
they
may lay flowers
