Isn't that normal? The AT&T store in NC had U-Verse and Directv in their store when I lived there.

What I hear is that U-Verse has like the worst HD picture and DirecTV has like the best HD picture. Ironic that they are now owned by the same company. BTW, I see those logos on my DVR now too.

They have had D* recvrs at a lot of the att stores for a long time, not all obviously, was talking to the local store about D* and they said they don't have permission from store owner, person that actually owns the building to place a dish as of yet.

I don't buy that assessment.

Dish is the worst PQ - not even full HD. U-Verse is up there, though with one of the worst PQ's out there. Directv is the best in the USA from what I have seen.

Last time I stopped at mine was when the iPhone 5s came out, we were looking for dash mounts ...(found one at Radio Shack for $4 less than AT&T store)

there are alot of AT&T stores that dont have the equipment, but all of them should have been able to sell it.

Notice the ATT logo is in CAPS. It used to be in lower case

Looks like the large D logo is gone from the website too. Only place I see it anymore is in the on screen guide.
