Searching for programs on new channels do not show up

Unless I missed it, I can't find any similar topics on this matter. If there is one, then I apologize.

The other night I was looking through my movie channels and I saw the new Friday the 13th was on, but I missed the first 1/2 hour. I decided to do a search for it to see when it would be on next and it found it on the 14th on HBO (501). So, I set it up to record and a few days later I was looking through the guide again and there was Friday the 13th again on that new HBO Zone HD channel, but this listing never showed up in my search.

In another search I came across this other movie I wanted to see on one of the old Showtime channels, but once again missed the beginning so I did a search. This too showed up like a week or two later so I set it to record. Now, just tonight I was going through the guide and this movie is listed as being on that new Showtime Beyond HD channel, but like before it never showed up in my previous search.

Is there a problem with these new channels showing up when you search for programs? This is twice now that it's missed earlier scheduled programming.

I've noticed there are 2 ways to search
-If you search for the program while on that channel (press info, then scroll to show episodes), it will only show future for that channel
-smart search will show for ALL channels regardless if you sub or not to it. Searching for movies smart search is preferred

I knew I forgot to add something to my original post.

Smart Search is what I used and it still missed the listings for these new channels.
