Searching for satellite?

was looking at the signal strengths for 119 and 110 and out of no where it says serching for available satellites. I can't exit the screen or shut off the reciever. It's a 942. Anyone else seen this?

There are several receiver models if not most of them that are doing this same thing and I have seen this happen on the 111 and 301/311 receivers. I have seen this happen for the first time here recently.

My box is all kinds of messed up and I feel like i'm all alone here...

I've had 1 day of tv in the last 4...

Unplug the receiver for a few min. and then plug it back in. This is referred to as a hard reboot. May fix your problem or may not. If not call DishNetwork for technical assistance.

None of the fixes (i've tried them all...repeatedly) are fixing my receiver. It refuses to download the EPG, so it won't give me tv...

I'm working on a solution that's non-standard...
