Searching for Signal - HR20-100

I've been having an ongoing issue where a couple channels are consistently coming up saying Searching for Signal. Specifically, this is happening with 297 (CTNW) and 298 (BOOM). The same problem happens with the ACTIVE button. I've tried to refresh the service via the website with no luck. But, in every case if I reboot the receiver, the channels go back to working again. This has happened both before and after software version 290. All other channels are fine. No issues on my SD D11-500.

signal strength?

How is the signal strength? Are you getting a good signal on all of the sats? Not weather or signal blockage related? I had code 771 searching for signal on a few hd ch's (206, 209, 245) and adjusted my dish. All good now and tuning wasn't that hard to do.
