SEC stays with CBS

Glad to see the CBS deal in place.

Probably won't happen but what I'd like to see would be a second contract worked out with ESPN for a specific time slot on Saturday Night.

Then I would like to see every other game be a part of the SEC Network. Cut Raycom/Lincoln Financial completely out of the loop.

If that happened then SEC Network could slot the rest of the games in a set time slot advantageous for them.

The SEC has this already. ESPN always has the primetime game, except for the week when CBS has it. Are you referring to a consistent start time since it can fluctuate depending on if the game is on ESPN or ESPN2?

Matt what I would like to see is something along these lines:

SEC Network 12:00PM Kick/6:30P- 2 Slots
CBS 3:30PM Kick
ESPN 9:00PM Kick

4 TV Windows, Fans of all SEC schools would then be able to plan ahead to a certain degree.

CBS takes the game of most interest at 3:30P
ESPN gets #2 most attractive Game at 9.00P
SEC Network gets all other games with time to be determined by the host school with a pick of either 12:00P or 6:30P
