Seek & Record question

So I want to record an old movie (1990) when it comes into the guide (not pay-on-demand).

From "search" I set up a seek & record timer for its name. It asks whether to record "new only" or "new and reruns". What would an old movie be, should I set up "new only"?

I would set it for new and reruns. It may have been on before. Once you get it recorded once, simply delete the timer...

Weird... no way to edit the timer. I went in and made the same search, and created a second timer identical to the first except for "new and reruns". Did not see it in the list. I then deleted the timer that was "new only". Voila - the timer that I just created showed up.
