Seen this 722k issue before?

I apologize up front if this issue has been posted recently, I searched but didn't find exactly what I'm experiencing...

So, today when I turned my 722k on, it switched from the screensaver to a black screen. The info was accurately displaying at the top of the screen (channel, show title, etc.) but the screen was black. I could switch channels and the info at the top would change but the screen would stay black. I did a manual reset and it's been working fine ever since. This also happened one day last week, again, after a reset it worked fine. Any ideas?

A little info about my setup: 722k, OTA tuner, no EHD, 1000.2

That happened to me last week. I turned the receiver off and back on by the remote and haven't seen it since. I have one in the bedroom that has been fine with no issues. I got both of them at the same time several months ago. The one in the den has audio issues as well. I have thought about calling E* and getting it replaced but sometimes a replacement can cause more problems.
