self install, which birds?

Going to do a self install.

Which birds do I need to hit for SD & HD, 110,119 and 61.5?

What size dish would I need? I'll need 3 LNB's one for each sat correct.

Not going to debate you, but have fun trying to break the encryption if you are doing this without a Dish sub.

Are you using 3 dishes? Where are your "LOCAL" network stations supposed to be? You may not even need 77 if those are on 61.5. Go to The list above & then subscription list to see what bird those chs are on.

I see...and what kind of switch would I use to 'combine' the 3 lnbs a standard Diseqc? I'm going down to 1 receiver either a 211k or DVR 612 most likely

you're only going to need 61.5 and 72.7 which you can easily get with one dish 500 with 2 single lnbs on a Y yolk. Just add a little extra space (about .75") between the lnb eyes.

If you do a search on the forum for "61.5 72.7" you'll get some good how-to info.

You need one dish with a DPP lnb and the other with a DP single. The DPP has an LNB-in port to connect them together.

You Mean "Moved" Address??

Yea well that would be the only way a Person From Canada would be able to subscribe to Dishnetwork or Directv.
