Yes, the box works fine. I don't have TIVO service on it, so I cannot comment on that.

But it does receive NTSC broadcasts fine. It displays and records off the composite inputs. The remote works fine too.

problem is i just bought a working series 2 with lifetime from goodwill and the entire cost (including shipping plus handling) was less than $25. otherwise, i might be interested in your tivo.
