Anyone with C Band in SES-1 that can confirm if WAPA TV is there in 3735 H 3776?? I haven't have any luck trying to get it from Gal 16 with a 6 footer so I will like to give it a try. Thanks

Thanks,
I think I got it wrong. Yes, that TP belongs WAPA AMERICA in gal 16 99W. I do get quality 90% 57% with my Openbox but can't download anything. Anyone know what is happening with this TP???

WAPA was on 99W at 3735 H but hasn't been for a while now. While it shows signal it might be Compel encrypted which usually the channel doesnt show up on a scan.

What about WAPA on the 3771 V mux?

If you rembered they were fine in intelsat 14 45W. They later move then to Galaxy 16 99W at 3771 TP. Everything was fine , so they went ahead and changed the SR to 17995. After couples of days then they drop the power and now I can't get them with my 6 footer. I have heard others using 8,10 and 12 feet getting the mux fine. I have tweak and move my 6 footer but no lock so far. I'm getting the 3735 fine but unfortunally there is nothing there. For some kind of reason I can't also get it OTA. Have tried several antenas and no luck. At last they have block their web page only to 1 or 2 programs during the day, then is blocked. So there should be some $$$$ around trying us to pay per view.

I just blindscanned WAPA into my Openbox at 3773 V 17992 . Even at 70% SNR on the stb, there is occasional pixelation. I suspect there are problems at the transmission end. 70% should be a really decent number on this box. I'm using a 6 foot "ultra cheap" from WSI dish.
:)
