Pansat SES 1 - Heros & Icons

Can anyone tell me why the transponder for Heros & Icons is so hard to receive? I just relocated my dish and after putting it all back together that transponder shows excellent signal strength but then it goes on and off, making it impossible to lock in on the channel. Any advice?

Basically, something in the stream changed that most receivers don't like.
