I am having trouble getting the patient channel to work on my sonicview 1000 it will come up on my 360 premier with no problem. I have blind scan and type it in manually with no luck. Any advice? On my premier it will say 12884 transponder I have type it in manually from lyngsat listing still no luck.

I don't have either of those receivers, but I can tell you that I have it at 11716 MHz, even though Lyngsat shows it at 11720. Very strong signal this morning as usual. 12884 is not a valid frequency; are you sure you have your LNB selected properly in your receiver?

I can tune (not a clear image, with no sound) the Patient Channel in my old Pansat 2700A certainly at 11716 MHz, but when I try to scan it in the OpenBox S10 it doesn't detect it at all. Neither typing the exact frequency (in the openbox transponders list , 11716 is not included). The LNB and antenna is the same for both receivers (just switch between them). The same matter occurs with the LPB channel in same satellite (no seen in Pansat bacause is HD). Openbox doesn't detect it. Don´t know what is happening.

My new lnb is always pulling in the frequencies a couple of numbers lower than the listing...I just blind-scanned and it shows the Patient Channel at 11714 H 4856. Very strong at 71% Quality. It still comes in on the original scan of 11717 H 4856 just fine, too (same quality). I just tried manually adding 12884 and I get no active transponder. I see you posted this 9 hours ago, so maybe it's back for you now :)

12884 - 11720 = 1164
10750 - 1164 = 9586 (9600 ??)
Do you have the LNBF programmed correctly in the receiver? seems you may have it set to Standard LO = 9600 [universal 10600(22khz ON) or 9600(22Khz OFF) ] instead of Standard & LO=10750
If you're using a Universal, (set to standard) select LO 10600 and turn ON 22Khz. Then use the frequency 11720* for the transponder. *I have 11716 on my S9/

If I remember right he is using an old Superdish so using the math (24600-the horizontal frequency) gives us 11716

so yeah that is right. 12884 V 4857 with the bandstacked LNB

otherwise change the LNB LO to 13850 and scan V only. Should pop up

Ok thank you guys. My mom likes that channel she likes all the health and medicine shows they have on that channel. I have picked up MTA channels at 90% quality and patient channel but I can't receive anything else only other channels are blocked CNN channels. Any ideas on that?
