According to the company it is definitely a replacement for Amc 1 at 103, although the last paragraphs appears to contridicts the first statement.

i think the last paragraph meant that it will compliment ses1 and amc 15 in its slot @ 103. ses2 is being built for 87w. its never a bad thing to have a spare bird in orbit just in case.

watched the launch on the above mentioned link. they stated that it would be placed at 103 west.
