:welcome to Satelliteguys cody boshman!
Does Shaw even work in California?

I have the 75E dish from Shaw and started to set it up. The manual says to use the 111.1 position.

4.
"Locating the Satellites
Step 1:
Determine the direction in which to point the dish. The first two satellites (SAT
A) are located
at 107.3 west longitude; the other satellite (SAT B) is located at 111.1 west longitude. Your xKu LNB
and elliptical dish will be aimed to receive signal from all three
satellites
.
IMPORTANT:
Always use the
SAT B
Azimuth, Elevation and Skew
listings in the Satellite Locator Chart at the
back of this manual for the city nearest your location.
This will ensure alignment to all three satellites"

When I go to dishpointer.com it does not give the skew so I used https://satoms.com/dish-pointing

at the bottom of the screen in dishpointer for Blythe ca and 111 it shows me
Dish Setup Data
Elevation: 50.7°
Azimuth (true): 173.7°
Azimuth (magn.): 162.7°
LNB Skew [?]: -5.2°
Your skew of -5 you minus from 90 which puts the dish straight up and down so you would set your dish at 85*
