Tried to talk to customer service, but voice system didn't give an option for a general comment.
So, maybe they'll see it here.
I Really like the latest user interface:
> hit "guide" and select which one - no more toggling through the list
> save to dvr 2+ of the same show and it creates a folder of them
There may be more, but the 2nd earned them this.

After years of unannounced price increases, they throw us a meaty bone for Christmas.
