I am about to pull the plug or should I say ditch the Dish... now that
CableVision is making some serious progress on HD channels up here in
the odd-ball Litchfield market. That and rain fade issues of late
with all of the storms we have been having plus well I have some
issues with Dish at the moment.

I really loathe the SciAtlanta 8300HD DVR (between really buggy
screens, low tech, poor UI on finding shows etc etc) So I would need
to buy a couple TiVo HD boxes, which I know work good (at least I hope
the cable card bugs are finally worked out?) BUT now that SDV is in
use (which I have no issues with especially if it nets more HD) BUT
any word or updates on when the adapters will be available? And what
channels in the Litchfield market will I not get now with SDv and Tivo?

Fios offers DVRs free for a year.
