Should i get a slimline SL-5 or AU9-SL3

whats the difference between the slimline SL and the SL3.
I heard that 110 and 119 of DTV will be removed, is that true.

SL-5 receives 110 and 119. SL3 does not. You only need 110 or 119 if you are getting international programming or if your locals in SD are coming from one of those satellites.

110 and 119 aren't going away, but if you don't need them now, you won't need them in the future.
