Should I get Evu or Fios?

Fios is coming to my area in January, and it looks really good. I also see that you can get EVU, which has BBC World, which I want. I want to get rid of D* because it got rid of good channels, the PQ has gone down, and I have a really old box from 2001. I think it is RCA. I also only have a single LNB dish.

WHat do you suggest I get?

i think you would be very happy with fios. picture quality is the best out there.
