Do not, I say do not, listen to that advice. I have done Greyhound from Roswell, NM to New York City and back a couple of times. It is slooooowwww and just plain boring.

Back in college I took Greyhound from Pittsburgh to Houston to see a girl. Yeah, it sucked, but the end result was worth it. I even stopped in St. Louis on the way back to see another girl.
