Just wanted to give a shout out to the DiRT members. The level of support and the communication that I have received in the past few weeks has been incredible. As I like to say Customer Service isn't about not making mistakes, but how mistakes and issues are handled. Let me tell you the support and knowledge of DiRT is leaps and bounds over what I experienced at DirecTV.
