Show icons missing on H3

Seems all the show icons are missing on my H3, replaced with the channel logo. Anyone else seeing this or had it happen before?

got it on some things - it's happened on and off for months really...
but now the guide and info is messed up too...
 
I am seeing this too. It confuses members of the family - they are accustomed to looking for a particular picture when finding a recording in the list, not having to read every icon. This happened last night with "Last Man Standing". Instead of the LMS photo icon, it had a generic ABC.
 
Well at least it looks like the EPG is getting the programs right now, The Kelly File is gone. Who knew Guides could be so hard.
 
Oh, and none of my timers are firing. I also get a message stating "timer creation failed" when I try to create a new timer from the guide.

Didn't something like this happen last year? A corrupt guide data problem or something...
 
Back to normal after a power cord reset. Hopefully that is the cure.
 
Been having this issue for a week now. Still no icons. Had to recreate every timer as none of the existing timers will recognize anything in the current guide data.

Hopper w/sling.
 
Looks like the missing icons are fixed today. H3 was downloading new guide about 4am this morning.
