Signal Issue

Hi,

I can't receive any channels that are on transponder 26 on Satellite 72. All my signals are good on all transponders except this one which has no signal. What could be the issue?

The issue might be you don't have a DISH system. You might try posting in the Canadian forum.

Where are you located? What is your setup? Im in Illinois and I get 26

I assumed dishuserCAN referred to Canadian.

Not all transponders are active in all areas.
On the East Cost transponder 26 on Satellite 72 broadcast CNN, National Geographic and few other channels.

How did you figured out that you don't getting any channels from there?

I'm on the east coast. When I go to certain channels, it says signal lost on a few channels and they are all on transponder 26. It's been about 2 weeks.

And what is your signal strength on sat 72 , transponders 12, 16, 17 and 21
