Hey guys. whats the simplest FTA receiver to set up. would be nice to have a plug and play type.

Ditto. While I don't have that particular model I do have an Amiko Mini HD SE. Amiko's are easy to use and if you buy from one of the US sellers on this board you will get great support as well.
