Skip back problem with Joey.

I have a HWS and one joey in the bedroom. When I use the skip back arrow on the Joey, it skips back over a minute, (not ten seconds) and then it wont stay. After about five seconds, it jumps right back to live tv. If I rewind it a lot, it will stay most of the time but will still occasionally just jump (no pun intended) right to live tv. WTF? it's very frustrating.

The Hopper doesn't always stay back either, but it is a lot better than the Joey.

If you mean just unplugging it. Yes!

Ok, I just unplugged it for about ten minutes and that apparently fixed the problem. I guess I didn't leave it unplugged long enough the first time.
