Slave my cband receiver with loop out?

Could I come out of my FTA receiver's loop out and into my anolog receiver? I was worried about the voltage 18/14v coming out of the analog receiver into the FTA. Right now I only use the cband for motor control and H/V on some channels. My KU is separate.

Yes thats what I do. But remember you are stuck on whatever polarity the first receiver is on : )

so you have a separate KU band setup and a separate C-Band setup? (sounds like it)

you could use the loop out of the FTA to the in on the analog (that's what I do to mine)

If the analog has separate C & Ku inputs, you could do this

yes i do. i only use this one to control the dish cause the receiver has problems,,,lousy video. i just worry about the voltage going back into the FTA box,,it won't hurt it?

i should add i can watch a couple feeds,,that's why i have it in the loop.

You can use a "DC Block" from Rat Shack to be safe. Only a couple of $$
