slimline installation woes w/ acutrac III

Before I write a short story/novel on my rookie slimline install 2 quick questions:

1) Would anyone happen to have acutrac meter readouts for a working installation? Is it normal to have a very strong readout for 110/119 w/ weaker levels for 101/103/99?

2) dtv contractor installed my slimline w/ an acutrac III... after they finished we had 0 signal on 101 w/ an H-21 despite what his acutrac had metered.. after which I sat on the phone w/ him while he went back up and did a very fast adjustment to satisfy the H-21 (again I think for 101).. any speculations as to what that was (I'm thinking I may need to do the same)

update: factory elevation etchings on my slimline were off by >10' - everything working although I'm surprised this still happens.

Only question at this point would be regarding poor 99b signal.. is this normal (perhaps fringe/spot) or is my install off.

H21 signal levels:
101+110: 95s,
119: 98-100
103b: 88s and 94s
99b: 25-35 w/ a couple 0s

Acutrac III+ signal levels:
Ka99 Ku101 13v: 36.3, 49.7 22.5
Ka99 Ku101 18v: 55.2 72.2 18.3
Ka103 Ku119: 35 39 83.1
Ka103 Ku110/119: 38 78.7 65.7
