Slingbox Pro - HD dongle

Anyone out there using the Slingbox Pro with the HD dongle?

Is it worth the $50 extra for the dongle?

Just hooked up my new Slingbox and love it, just trying to see if the "upgrade" is worth it, or will I not see any difference.

Will be used mostly on a home network.

The dongle is worth it for the much improved IR Blasters that it ships with alone.

You will see a difference in the picture, but its not HD or even close to it.

But I do believe that it IS worth it.

Loving the Slingbox so far, no problems.

Kinda wanted to try the Hava box, but heard the software is still a little quirky and in my house, any software problems and my wife gets frustrated and gives up and wonders why we need it! Better a little user friendly at this point.

The $50 adapter you have to buy to input 1080i component signal to the Slingbox Pro.

Actually, one of the "big box" stores is offering it free with the purchase of the Singbox Pro this week.
