Snacks...

"Snacks" get a bad rap. Like you're already belting down bacon, eggs, sausage & sweet rolls for breakfast, then Big Mac & fries for lunch, and T-bone steak and tater for dinner...and then you add on candy bars and the like in between. When in reality, those following a healthy eating plan can benefit from strategically placed "snacks" like fruit, nuts, yogurt, etc. whilst disassociating from the classic american gluttony paradigm. "Eating between meals" can be great, when it's healthfully directed and there are actually fewer dubious "meals" to be eaten "between," let alone chuck full of fats, starches, sugars, sodium, nitrates, aspartame, etc.
