Picked all the jalapeños from the garden yesterday, made 2 small jars of "cowboy candy" out of same, fairly close to the below video recipe...

Bacon wrapped pulled pork and cream cheese stuffed jalapenos. Chips and hot salsa. Double IPA.

Cowboy Candy nachos, tearjerking, sinus cleaning good… highly recommended.

Made a couple more jars of "Cowboy Candy" out of 8 large store bought Jalapeños leaving core and seeds in again yesterday afternoon. I'm liking nachos with these instead of store bought lately.
