It's Christmas time so Christmas cookies get the nod. Our neighbor across the road likes to bake and she brought us some genuine blackstrap molasses cookies, something I haven't had in decades. Not to everyone's taste but I luv em, especially along with a cuppa Guatemala SHB Huehuetenango Huixoc coffee, of course.
