So are SD waivers for DNS gone at end of Aug?

I did not get any letters, but is SD DNS waiver gone too? Or will I still keep SD DNS, maybe HD from E and W that I have waivers for.


Is this letter only meant for those with both HD DNS without waivers.

I have no FOX waiver so only have HD E from them.
