SOA Season 7

I'll check back in this thread in a couple of months. I plan on binge watching this on Thanksgiving weekend, then watching the finale the night it airs.

I admire your patience to be able to do that. I, on the other hand, am weak! :oldfrown

WOW, I was wrong. According to guide and timer, it's 2 1/2 hours long.

Ive got plenty to watch between now and then. The shows that I really like I let pile up until almost the finale, and then binge watch.

That being said, it may be hard to avoid reading spoilers with all the talk of SoA this season.

If I see spoilers like the general thread from a certain poster, they will be moved to it or made to go away... :)

I appreciate it! Its never this site...I can easily skip the threads here. Its all the damn blogs that post the spoiler right in the headline.

That's exactly what I do with my keeper shows(the ones I end up buying on BD each season) the throw away shows I'll watch usually week to week or every 2 or 3 weeks.

Gemma and Juice...together. I get this feeling that Bobby is going to be "stepping up" to do something unexpectedly "wow".

The seventh and final season of Kurt Sutter's biker gang opera fetched a whopping 6.2 million viewers last night during its inaugural telecast on Tuesday evening. That's up from the previous live-plus-same-day record of 5.9 million viewers that tuned in for the 2013 premiere. Once just three days' worth of DVR viewing was tallied, that episode stood as the most-watched telecast in FX history with 8.3 million viewers.

If Sons of Anarchy's time-shifting trends keep up, and there's no reason to believe they won't, this episode will likely rise to the top — not that the network is sending out any boastful releases saying as much on Wednesday. (FX Networks president John Landgraf is really sticking to his guns in shrugging off the emphasis placed on live-plus-same-day ratings.)

Good news extends to the targeted adults 18-49 demographic. The episode nabbed a 3.2 rating with the set. Ignoring football, that's a number that won't likely be duplicated by any other telecast this week across the broadcast and cable dial. Even after-show Anarchy Afterward beat most everything on television last night, averaging a 1.4 rating with adults under 50.
