Its a self pointing satellite dish, it is lined up to any satellite using the shadow from the sun, you run a program on your computer for your zip/area and it tells you the coordinates to line up the dish using the markings on the front of the dish, very interesting (IMO)

Are they those dishes available in North America?

Sure are, PM me if you need a quote, I think its a great idea, no need to call out an installer every time you want to change satellite position.
