Some Interesting Info Regarding HD Channels

Last night I was on the phone with what seemed to be an "intelligent" CSR, and he said that after doing his own research that E* is suing D* for becoming a "monopoly" in the HD market. He said that on Jan. 6 they were going to launch ESPN2 HD, TNT HD, Cinemax HD, USA HD, & Food Network HD, but E* filed they lawsuit. So when they get this all fixed up they should go live. Just a little bit of info for some of you.
 
Not true, if it was we would have heard about it because all lawsuits are public record until they become sealed (if they become sealed)

There is no such thing as USA HD or Food Network HD

They also have no room for these so the story sounds bogus.

This CSR is blowing hot air out of his behind.
