Some missing transponders on AMC 1 103 W...

Hello guys and hope everyone is fine. I would like to know why 103 W sat is to hard to lock completely. I have a lot of transponders locked but I can't get the following: 4089 H SR 5923, 4140 V SR 19510 and 4089 H SR 5923.
180 C band prime focus dish-Geo Sat pro micro HD receiver - C/KU bands LNB. Thank you in advance.

4089 H SR 5923, and 4089 H SR 5923 (SAME) Try 4088 H 15500
4140 V SR 19510 - I don't have this, and not listed on sathint. What's it?

Pasiones, Tv Dominicana changed SR to 15500 as per Fat Air. 4140 V 19510 is a Digicipher encrypted TP mux which is usually not seen by regular FTA boxes.
