For those who want to tap the resources of their 64 bit OS in XP or Vista, Sony has announced Vegas 8.1.
While the standard version of Sony Vegas 8 has been running fine for AVCHD editing on Vista 64 bit OS and 8Gb or ram, I look forward to seeing how a truly 64bit system will work and improve what I already have.
