Sound is going in and out

I have my cable connected thru my HDTV with an HDMI , and now on one of my tvs, the sound is going out every 10 secs, and then right back on. Do you think this is a cable box issue or the HDMI cable issue? My other tvs work fine and there all using HDMI

Mine does this about once a month on the HDMI cable. I have to call tech support have them send a signal to the box and power it on and off 2 times.
